Ticket Process
1. Register as a member: During registration, you will receive an email verification to confirm that you can receive messages and complete the registration process.
2. Purchase tickets: Click "Buy Tickets" on the dedicated event page.
3. Payment: After a successful purchase, you will receive a QR code for your ticket. This QR code can be obtained through your registered email or by accessing the "My Account" > "Ticket(s)" section on the INCUTix website.
4. Show QR Code to enter event on time: Click "My Account", go to "Ticket(s)", then show the "QR Code" at event entrance.

2. After filling in the personal information, click "Submit" and click "Obtain" to receive the verification code. A verification code will be sent to your email in a few minutes. (Note: If you do not receive the email, kindly check your spam folder)
3. After receiving the verification code email, take note of the 6-digit number. Go to the page and input the 6-digit number. Or click "My Account" and go to "Account Information," then click "Verify Email" to get verification code in the bottom right corner.
4. Enter the 6-digit verification code and click "Confirm" to complete membership registration.

2. Select the session and number of tickets to purchase.
3. Complete online payment within the specified time.
4. After successful payment, you will be redirected to the purchase completion page.
5. Click "My Account", go to "Ticket(s)", then show the "QR Code" at event entrance.
1. Visit the dedicated product page to make a purchase.
2. Select the product and quantity.
3. Complete online payment within the specified time.
4. After successful payment, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page.
5. Click "My Account", go to "Product Orders", and follow the instructions in the email to redeem the product.
Registration & Login
The following situations may cause you to not receive email verification codes. Please check the following items or try the following methods:
1. Please confirm that the email address is entered correctly.
2. Please check your spam or junk mail folder.
3. Please confirm that your mailbox capacity is not full. If it's full, you may not be able to receive new emails. Please clean your mailbox to free up space.
4. Please check your email provider's filtering settings. Sometimes verification emails may be blocked or marked as spam by email providers. Please check and unblock them.
5. If using a corporate email, please contact your email system administrator to confirm if there are email filtering or blocking settings.
6. Please ensure your email service is working properly. Try logging into your email web version or using an email app to check if you can send and receive emails normally.
If you still cannot receive verification emails after the above situations, it is recommended to follow the following methods to troubleshoot:
1. Check if your email settings are normal. Try changing passwords or other settings to confirm if you can receive notification emails normally.
2. Try using other email addresses for verification. Sometimes specific email service providers may have issues. Using other email addresses may solve the problem.
3. Check if your email server is abnormal. If the email server malfunctions, it may cause you to be unable to receive emails. Please contact your email service provider for inquiries.

You can directly use our "Forgot Password" feature to reset your password.

The following are the steps to change your password:
Step 1: Login
Step 2: Click "My Account" to enter "Account Details" and click "Change Password"
Step 3: Enter your current password and new password
Step 4: Click the "Confirm" button
Ticket Purchase

All sold tickets or merchandise are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If your credit card payment is rejected, please perform the following checks:
Please check that the credit card number, cardholder name, expiry date and other information entered are correct.
Please ensure you enter the security code correctly (the three-digit number on the back of the card).
If your credit card is rejected by the bank, please contact your issuing bank directly to inquire about the reason, or try using another card for payment.

INCUTix ticket services accept credit card payments (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and UnionPay) and digital payments (Alipay Hong Kong), subject to the specific terms of each event.

After successful payment, the website will redirect to the "Purchase Record" page. Thereafter, you can check "Bound Tickets" and ticket codes (QR codes) on the "My Account" page.
At the same time, your registered email address will receive an email containing the purchase receipt and an email containing the ticket code (QR code). You can use the QR code to enter the exhibition event at the designated time.
1. Add to Cart: Browse the event ticket page and add the desired items to your cart.
2. View Cart and Proceed to Checkout: When you're ready to checkout, click the cart icon to view selected items and click "Proceed to Checkout".
3. Use Promotion Code: Enter your promotion code in the designated box and click "Apply".
4. Select Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment method from available options, then click "Payment".
5. Complete Purchase: After using the promotion code and selecting payment method, click "Pay" to complete the order.
6. View Entry Ticket QR Code: Go to My Profile 》 View the entry ticket QR code in "My Tickets".
1. Check validity period: Ensure the promotion code is still valid and not expired.
2. Confirm format: Check that the entered promotion code is correct without extra spaces or errors.
3. Review terms and conditions: Ensure your order meets the promotion code requirements.
Merchandise Purchase

Yes, you need to successfully register as an INCUTix member before you can make purchases.

All sold merchandise is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In case of any disputes, the organizer reserves the final decision.

After successful payment, you will receive a receipt via email.
Please bring this email to the designated pickup location within the specified period to collect your pre-ordered items. Failure to do so will be considered as the customer voluntarily forfeiting the order, and we will not issue replacements, provide alternative pickup arrangements, or offer refunds. If you choose delivery service, an unclear address may result in invalidation of the delivery, and we will not be held responsible.All sold items are non-exchangeable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. To avoid disputes over returns or exchanges, we encourage customers to record unboxing videos. The recording must be completed within two days of delivery and should clearly show the delivery note, packaging condition, and any product defects.
Please note that all international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country.These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.Buyers are responsible for complying with local customs regulations.
